The Pastry Design Group, Inc. designers of Tuile Time Culinary templates are the creation of Chef John Rubino, His wife Milissa and daughter Amelia.

Chef John Rubino is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. After graduation from the CIA in 1984, John worked as a chef aboard many private and corporate megayachts where these templates where developed and tested.

Getting tired of cutting templates by hand, John sought the consultation of a plastic manufacturer. Armed with an idea, an assortment plastic and cardboard cutouts, the Tuile Time template was born.
